At first, they were very courteous and offered timely responsiveness, however, after the quality of their work was discovered to be very poor, they became very threatening and used strong-arm tactics. They made us feel like the deficiencies we were asking them to repair was unreasonable when clearly there were many, many gaps in the stairs they replaced for our condo corporation. They even threatened to put a caveat on our property. Their expectations of craftsmanship and quality of work is very sub par. We do not recommend JCS at all. I have photos of the poor quality of work they did if you want to see them.
Thank you for you comments, that are dually noted. We always strive to give our clients exactly what they are expecting in regards to the services they hire us for. Your group had brought to our attention some items that you deemed we're not up to your standard. At no time time did we not address these issues. Issues I might add that were not in direct relation to our construction. With the exception of one item my team did overlook. Again we clearly stated we would repair, as well as all your issues, that we did remedy. We always go above and beyond to ensure our clients our satisfied. As for the slandering of my company, threatening, using strong arm tactics? You were simply advised of our course of action if payment was not received. As any other company would do.This was also in direct correlation to a payment received that was dishonored. Again I thank you for your remarks and will use this information to help ensure that future clients do not end up with the same or similar outcome that resulted.

Working with Jcs renovations was a wonderful experience, with an outcome that surpassed our expectations! A design was created and agreed upon for us, for a complete basement renovation. It was extremely modern, with the open concept we asked for and had a graceful trademark of the contractor. Jcs Strives to use the highest quality materials available to us today. For all of our coloured lacquer cabinets and trim, we use a formaldehyde free Mdf or Birch. We use the highest quality wood veneers, Manufactured in Canada. All Cabinets are built in house not contracted out. If build inns are required, To keep tolerances at the utmost closest. We will set up on site to build.
Hand stained and hand sprayed, with many colour and finish options available.
We use high end German Hinges and glides from Hettich and Blum.
For the finishing touch we work closely with Emtek, KN Crowder, and Baldwin for Pulls, knobs and tracks. Just to name a few!
All Our Cabinet boxes, are built using 3/4inch ply for strength and longevity. Interior Wood stained to match finishing or a hard rock version melamine to suit.
