Jera Renovations helped us start to finish with our project. We basically gutted our main floor completely remodelled it, by opening up walls, moving doorways and expanding the size of our kitchen. We started the planning with them months before the project started and had drawings to see how everything would look. Everything has turned out great and Oliver's communication during the project was second to none.
We are very happy with the end result and definitely would refer!

This is the second time we have used Jera Innovations. 2 years ago they completed a reconfiguration and renovation of our en-suite bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms. We couldn't have been happier with the completed job.
Oliver and his crew are polite, courteous and friendly. Their attention to detail and work ethic are unparalleled. They are happy to work with existing plans and designs but if asked will provide helpful and knowledgeable insight. I would encourage you to make use of their extensive experience. For these reasons it was an easy decision to use Jera to replace our old deck and gates. As expected it was a wise choice, the deck & gate are the envy of the neighborhood. All who have seen it are blown away by the finished product, the attention to detail and all the small touches that enhance the overall appeal.
Oliver is professional but also friendly and very approachable, it is always a pleasure to have him and Steve at our home. We found them to be pleasant, respectful and diligent.
We wholeheartedly recommend Jera Innovations and look forward to having them back for our next project. The only downside is they are very busy so we might have to wait. In our experience, it's well worth it.

Oliver was a great find. He listened to our needs, adapted along the way, looked for creative solutions and acted in a trustworthy and professional manner at every step along the way. He shows up on time, cleans up every day and checks in to make sure we are happy with the work he is doing. He uses professionals for electrical, plumbing and HVAC work and partners with people that share his ideals.

Whenever you read a magazine article about home renovations they tell you that the most important thing is to hire a good contractor. Check their work and talk to their past clients. Oliver's work speaks for itself, and his attention to detail is comforting. He is trustworthy, honest and cares about his projects and his customer's satisfaction. I can't wait to hire him for my next renovation!

Oliver's attention to detail and his craftsmanship far surpassed our expectation. I hired Jera Innovations to install laminate wood flooring throughout almost my entire house, install crown molding, and paint a ceiling. Throughout the entire process, Oliver was 100% respectful, reliable, trustworthy, and completely transparent about all work and all costs. I also greatly valued that he was dedicated to ensuring every aspect of the work was not just done, but done well. I highly recommend him for any work you may need to have done in your home!

Oliver's quality of work is most impressive, he is a very courteous polite gentleman ...he installed hardwood floors in 3bedrooms plus hallway....we were very pleased with every stage of job.
