Outstanding service. Fast response and quick work. Jim came by and did the work himself. Also recommended him to a friend for a new roof and she was completely satisfied with the result. His quote was reasonable and much below other companies.
Jim is a trusted tradesman who delivers excellent service, even though he had to delay because our summer was so wet that he couldn't start the project on time. But once started the team worked quickly and all the roofs on this house are now in top shape. I experienced some leaking a couple of years later. Jim immediately came out and inspected. It was not the roof that was leaking, but the chimney. There's always something that needs fixing when you own a house.
Jim Brow and his team did a great job replacing the shingles on our three story Victorian. They were prompt, professional and did a great job. They were super easy to deal with and straight shooters. They cleaned up so well you'd never know we'd had the roof done. We should also mention they cost almost half of what a well known roofing firm estimated the job would cost. Great work. Great price. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.
