Mr Laughlin did a very detailed home inspection on a home that I bought . I then hired him to do some renovations which I was extremely satisfied with. The kitchen was old and I wanted to update and freshen up .He installed new cabinets , new windows installed new taps, did plumbing work ,installed ceramic flooring, and back splash . Mr Laughlin also painted and installed hardwood flooring and renovated my bathroom. I find Mr. Laughlin to be very professional , trustworthy and his workmanship top notch.

The home inspector using his expertise will provide a visual inspection by looking at the homes various systems, including interior and exterior components. The inspector will check exterior components including roofing, flashings, chimneys, gutters downspouts, wall surfaces, windows doors, the foundation and the grading around it. Interior systems the home inspector will check include electrical, heating air condition, ventilation plumbing, insulation, flooring ceiling and walls, windows and doors. A Free Home reference manual will be supplied and it is user friendly, it contains a wealth of information on all house components of a home and the proper installation methods if renovating. A one hour free consultation will be supplied after the home owner moves into their new home if there is a problem to address any concerns regarding the home. If the homeowner buys a new home with a warrantee, after one year the inspector will come back free of charge and access the home to determine if any other conditions occur, this will insure that the builder follows new warranty policies.
As part of the reporting system, Laughlin s Home Inspections prefers that the potential home buyer or seller be present at the time of the home inspection, this will allow for better communication and it is an opportunity to adjust expectations.
