Until contacting Leak Squad, we had found the entire process of trying to get the foundation crack in our home repaired very frustrating. After leaving numerous phone messages and requests for estimates on at least half a dozen websites, we were pleasantly surprised that when we contacted Leak Squad that an actual human being answered the phone. David was happy to come out to give an estimate at our convenience. We chose to have Leak Squad do the work and after a slight delay due to some rainy days, the work was done on a Saturday so we didn't have to take time off of work. We've had a couple of days of heavy rain since the repair and so far so good as far as our basement leak goes. Overall we're very happy with the end result and human touch.
