Craig was the 6th contractor we talked to and immediately we liked him, because he provided spot-on suggestions that illustrated his experiences.
His quote was among the most affordable. The report wasn't fancy, but it clearly listed what were included and what were not. We liked the fact that we got to choose and purchase important items such as laminate floor, carpet, and vanity separately so the cost was completely under control - and Craig was always available to give advices.
One week into the project and we knew we chose the right person. He sticks to the plan, keeps tools and materials organized, and always informs us the progress and what's coming next.
Not surprisingly, he completed the job in time and with high quality even though we had to make a couple changes here and there. The cost was within the budget, and we couldn't be happier.
We will definitely recommend him to anyone requiring home renovations.
Thank you Chris.
It was a pleasure to work for you and I was very happy with the end result as well.
Craig just finished my bathroom renovation. It was a total gut job down to the studs. Craig was awesome to work with, hardworking, precise and efficient. My bathroom was transformed from demo to finished in 10 days. He completed all the work himself and is skilled in all aspects including drywalling, flooring, tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting and finishing. I am very happy with the results and am confident in the quality of work that was done. I would not hesitate to hire Craig again and have already recommended him to friends. I am grateful that I found Craig to do my renovations.
Craig of Lighthouse Renovations provided a timely competative quotation which allowed the project to start within 10 days of my initial contact. The project required a tight schedule of 3 weeks for completion as we had tenants moving in at month end. Craig is a highly competent renovation contractor and knows how to work expediently to get the job done. The project was completed on budget and schedule. The quality of workmanship was excellent. We would highly recommend Craig for any type of renovation work.
It was a pleasure dealing with Craig, work was very well done.
Work completed in 2008.
