Complete renovations of Bathrooms, Kitchens and Basements, moving of plumbing, electrical and walls. I can turn that wasted space in the Basement to rental income. Accessibility needs, widening of doors, moving walls and adding ramps. We also paint, change taps and counters. No job is too small.
Work started on the date that was provided to us and completed on time. The quality of work was great. He did exactly what we had asked for and kept within our budget.
I would definitely have Pat do more work for us and I would highly recommend his services.
I hired Pat back in July 2015 to renovate a bathroom of mine. He was a very nice man. He finished the job in six days which was great. The bathroom turned out nice, however, his tile work wasn't great. Some of the tiles were cut uneven and the grout and caulking work was not really good. Much of the grout ended up on the tile. The caulking job was not clean and even. I asked Pat to use epoxy grout which he did, however, he told me after the grout work was done that he never used epoxy grout and that it wasn't easy. I wish he had told me that beforehand. I hired another gentleman to come in September to fix the grout and caulking work. Pat's painting work was great and he installed bathroom fixtures for me that turned out wonderful.
I was hired by Adriana to install a new bathtub and tile work. Also to repair areas in her master bathroom from a privies contractor. Adriana paid me on completion of the work and did not call or email me that she was unhappy with the work i did. Thanks Pat McGuire
Pat arrived promptly every day and worked a very long, full day. He cleaned up very nicely after each day of work so the other areas in the basement were still usable by my family. He kept me posted on what he was doing each day and transformed a really really really ugly small TV room/Furnace area into a beautiful TV room with storage off it and closed in the furnace that had never been done in the past 20 years. He also totally renovated our downstairs bathroom with a new toilet and vanity and flooring as well as fresh paint and it is now beautiful and I'm not embarrassed to have people use it. The bottom of the stairs area is also now beautiful and again, I invite people into my basement now because of the work Pat did for us.
