Matt is a contractor who ALWAYS delivers quality work. I am very particular and used to dread doing home renovations as inevitably there was a problem - not with Matt. He can do anything! His pricing is fair and his work truly excellent - he is on time and delivers what he says he will when he says he will. He goes the extra mile and has a great attitude - he listens to what you want and gets it done.
As noted he has done a number of jobs for us, big and small, and never a problem.

I have and will continue to recommend MDK Renovations to my friends and family. Matt is very personable, polite and clean. I initially hired him to finish my basement and tile my fireplace. His attention to detail and workmanship were fabulous. I hired him a second and third time for wall and floor tile job in my en-suite as well a kitchen reno. He is very knowledgable about the products he uses and has great design ideas. The prices can't be beat!
