Great company. Elio Gabucci, the owner, is flexible and knowledgeable. During construction we made multiple changes to the original design. While most builders resent changes, Elio accepted all our changes and came up with some of his own changes to improve the house. He built our house like it was his. It was very easy to communicate with him. Elio answered the phone or called back immediately. He hired high end contractors, who did an excellent job without much supervision. Whenever in doubt, he consulted with us. He valued our input and often followed up on it. Moreover, he accepted a few trades recommended by us. We really appreciated being part of the construction process. His fees were fair and I never doubted his honesty. I would highly recommend Meridian Master Builders to anybody who wants to build a high end custom house.

Elio is the kind of person that makes you believe in the goodness and ethical behaviour of trades. Throughout the whole renovation experience, which is a stressful undertaking, Elio provided a calm, thoughtful and consistent demeanour. He always went above and beyond and had an uncanny ability to sense what we wanted.

The end product is high quality. We have had issues that have arisen since the end of the renovation. Elio does not hesitate to come and right any wrongs. He thinks outside of the box to come up with solutions to any problems which seem unresolveable.
