I hired MGR Construction Services after getting a total of three quotes. Richard answered my call quickly and showed up to look at my house a few days later. He was very professional had a reasonable quote. His crew worked quickly and efficiently. They installed a new roof, repaired the living room ceiling damaged from leaking water, installed four new windows and reinforced a gap in my foundation. It was so convenient having MGR complete all the work. When I called for follow up some months later, they were at my house within one week to address the minor issue. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

I am very satisfied with the construction experience that the MGR group provided when we decided to renovate our washroom and paint the house. They also removed mold from attic in very professional manner. They have experienced crews that do work very quickly, professionally and cleanly. They were on site everyday and the quality of work is very good. I would highly recommend them to everyone

MGR was wonderful to deal with. We had a large leak in our basement which require significant repair work. MGR took care of everything and made it a very easy process for us. They were very professional, the quality of work was excellent and all of the trades that came in at different times were very courteous. Over and above that, they meet the original timeline that they gave us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MGR to anyone. In fact, I have already recommended them to several friends and I know they are just as happy!

MGR Contracting renovated the Rouge River Community Centre with the City Of Markham. They provided a great service, although there were set-backs with supplies and some issues arose from the work that was being done, the end result is remarkable, a complete 360 from where the washrooms were prior to the renovation. MGR was able to work around the schedule of the facilites bookings and compromise in the time of work needed to accomodate the facilites busy schedule. Overall we are very pleased with the final product, there have been great remarks made about the completed reno at the facility.

We are so happy with the quality of work we had done by MGR. The professionalism with which they operate is amazing. The workers were courteous and did not leave a mess behind. The price was what they said it would be, no surprises. We will definitely hire them for future projects and recommend them to others.

Whether it s mobilizing construction teams and equipment at a moment s notice to managing entire construction projects or providing support to assist constructors in achieving construction deadlines we consider ourselves to be a one stop shop in the construction industry.
Builders such as Great Gulf Homes, Lakeview Homes, Senator Homes, Primont Homes, Dominus Construction, Fernbrook Homes, Maple Reinders, First Gulf, H/R Developments, Gifflels Construction, Condor Properties, Magnum Opus, STC Construction have used our Construction services for many years and have realized how well our product line works for their company.
MGR in March of 2014 established a General Contracting division. We are currently servicing our cilents providing a construction team to perform demolition work, designing and rebuilding, construction trouble shooting and repair work, mould remediation, emergency response for disaster relief for their past developments, current construction projects and all their commercial real estate properties.
We have seen a lot of exciting growth over the past 15 years and we are looking forward to see what the future has in store for the construction industry.
