William was great! Great communication and service. I would recommend Mt.Hope Heating and Cooling to my friends and family. William installed a gas line for our new gas stove as we switched from electric. He even gave us a helpful and cost-effective tip to convert our existing 240v recepticle.

I was in need of a new a/c for my home. Bill lives in my area and I gave him a shout to come out and have a look at the old unit. He already fixed it last year but it konked out this summer. I wasn't looking for the best system, just a simple 13 see unit, as my home isnt big and it doesn't run all the time, and cost savings are not there.
I called other contractors as well, and they never showed up or gave me high priced estimates for name brand units. Bill supplied me a unit that was affordable and good enough to get my home cooked for summer, plus it has the warranty that other manufacturers carry as well, so it was a no brainer.

We just moved in to first home and no air conditioning. It was a Sunday afternoon when Mt Hope installed the air. We were so happy because it was very hot and we have a new born baby. Thank you so much !
