Jeff and his crew performed some work in 2015. The work was sub-par. There was no overhead for any materials. Extra charges were attempted in the end billing. The 2 month project took 6 months. Jeff and his crew were fired. And that’s the bottom line.

Worst experience I have ever had with renovations. Jeff Murdock out of Norwich previously called his company Jacob total contracting. He changed the name to Murcon Construction likely to try and shake his bad reputation. Jeff rarely showed up when he said he would, he left inexperienced men on the job site. The workmanship is terrible in some places, drywall seams, uneven width in grout lines, tiles falling off our shower wall at night that exposed large gobs of compound mound, He installed a floor heater and never out the thermostat in. I called in an inspector who said the shower was installed so poorly it would leak. I had to have the shower ripped out and re installed by another contractor. Upon ripping it out we discovered Jeff had drawn a penis on our wall and signed it. He is very unprofessional and many of our supplies could not be delivered to him not paying his bills. We also had a write a letter for an employee for the labour board as Jeff didn't pay his worker either. I am happy to report the employee won in court.
