Daniel was the General Contractor on the Renovation of our Oakville Home. He co-ordinated a full renovation including carpentry, drywall, tiling, surfaces,stairway work, millwork, plumbing and electrical work across a number of trades in co-ordination with our chosen designer. The project included a full kitchen and inlaw apartment, 5 bathrooms

Daniel was recommended to me by my design consultant and we hired him for a large ($150,000+) project. We are glad we did! He managed the process of gutting a large section of our bungalow and rebuilding our living space, new kitchen, and new bathroom including four large skylights. He oversaw and, often hired, the engineer, architect, crew, and tradespeople for the project. He also managed the entire permit process with the city. We were delighted with his work and love living in our new home. I was particularly struck by how easy it was to communicate with Daniel. He always made himself available to talk and was quick to respond to my (multiple!) daily messages and questions. I appreciated his flexibility whenever we would make any changes to the plans. We will definitely be hiring him again when we are ready to renovate the basement!

This is to confirm that we contracted Mr. Daniel DeSilva for our home renovation in Oakville which comprised of setting up 3 brand new washrooms, new tile flooring throughout the hallway and kitchen, new laminate flooring in the basement, brand new kitchen, extensive plumbing, washroom and hallway painting, light fixtures, etc. In short, the renovation was quite extensive, and cost well over $100,000 (one hundred thousand dollars); lasted for approximately 4 months and finished by the end of August 2015.

It is unusual that in this day and age you will get what you paid for. I can happily say that after having our house renovations bring us the house we have always wanted, we feel like we have got even more than we paid for. You may need to wait to get New Vision Contracting to work on your home, but hopefully you can and will find the wait was worth it. No longer need to buy another house, thanks New Vision Contracting.

Daniel came to our home and inspected the property and was able to provide very good advice on what would look aesthetically nice for our front area. He was able to give us options on the choice of stones and colours we wanted and delivered a service that was professional and well done.

We could not have been more please with the work. On time, on budget and more beautiful than we imagined. Daniel was extremely accommodating and resourceful.

Daniel and his crew from New Vision Contracting were great. They showed up on time and always left the work area cleaner then it was before they showed up. I have always been very pleased with the finished product. Daniel takes pride in every aspect of his work as if it is for himself.
