We have condo at Ritz Carlton. No one was willing to refinish the floor, but you guys did such a imaging job. I was really happy with work you done.

I want to thank Sebastian and his son for the great job they did on refinishing my house's stairs. They disassembled the railing, re-sanded everything and applied varnish. The work was done quickly and with extreme care. Sebastian is a very nice and trustful person. I can say we became friends right away. My wife and I are extremely happy with how the stairs look now.
I also want to thank Scott for his office work, always quick responses and care for my project.

My wife Jacqui and I could not ask for more than these guys did for us. From the email communications in the beginning, to the timely estimates provided, and the timeliness and quality of the work provided, they are a 5 star company all the way.
Sebastian was a pleasure to work with, and they accommodated our needs completely, which was highly appreciated considering we had a lot going on with our first born arriving early. The last thing we would have needed was any complications at home as well to have to deal with.
We had contacted another person initially for the hardwood install, and NewRidge to handle the sanding and staining after that. When Sebastian came over to quote us, he never once attempted to solicit or undercut the other company on the upstairs job, and that instantly raised my opinion of him. I have a sales background, so I tend to be more critical of other sales people when I am buying something.
When we had a problem with the first people we chose for the install, we quickly decided to use someone else instead. We called Sebastian and he was more than willing to take on the extra work. The best part: his quote saved us quite a bit of money, and his timeframe to finish the ENTIRE job was several days shorter. That's a win-win right there....
I would happily recommend these folks to anyone that wants a fair price, a proper job, and no excuses. I know this review is a bit long, but I wanted to tell the entire story!

Very good job and we are very happy with our new stairs. We had new stairs put in and couldn't be happier. Sam came back 4-5 times just to make sure the colour was absolutely perfect and that the finish was right. Very easy to deal with as well and very competitive pricing! Thanks
