Remove carpet and polish floors

1-Remove all carpet.

2-The option of sanding down all the wood.

3-Adding a color to the wood is an option

4-Then applying the varnish finish (crystal ou polyrethane finish)

You may be looking at $ 2.50 - $4.25 per SQF, depending on the different options.

Hi Fanny,

In the GTA you are looking at approx. $2-3.50 SF for refinishing your hardwood floors.
