Our invoices Price each step required to complete the work. , so that the client can see exactly how much they will be paying, exactly how long it will take for the work to be completed, and the exact amount of estimated paint & materials required for each project. This allows our clients the option to add and remove services we offer in order to meet their budget.

| Warranty | Limited Warranty Contractor’s Limited Warranty, is a one 6 Month limited warranty, which will become effective at Substantial Completion. The Limited Warranty will be voidable, in Contractor’s sole discretion, in the event that final payment to Contractor is not made. Contractor/Recipient Responsibilities -The Contractor will supervise and be solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques and procedures for the Work. Unless specifically agreed in writing, the Contractor will provide and pay for all labour, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, transportation and other facilities and services necessary for execution and completion of the Work. -The Contractor will comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and lawful orders of any public authority having jurisdiction over performance of the Work. -The Contractor will keep the Project free from the accumulation of waste and rubbish caused by the Work and, upon completion of the Work, will remove all its waste material from the Project as well as all of its tools, equipment and surplus materials. NGP Warranties Cure of Defect: If a defect is discovered within the Warranty Period, then Recipient must promptly notify NGP in writing following the discovery of that defect (the “Warranty Defect Notice”) and must provide NGP with an opportunity to inspect and an opportunity to either cure the defect or to pay to Recipient the cost of repair or replacement of the defect as estimated by Contractor. In no event shall Contractor’s liability exceed the fair and reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the warranted defect. Contractor shall not be liable for any cost or expense incurred by Recipient in remedying any warranted defects unless Contractor has been notified in writing and has been afforded the opportunity to cure the claimed defect. |
