We loved the work done by James and his team. James provided a detailed quote, and did a walk through with us even before we made our decision. He and his team were on time, on budget and thorough. Jamie and his crew completed a full basement reno on our previous home and added a basement bedroom/bathroom to our current home. He has great ideas and helped us see the space in a new light. His estimate is accurate to final cost and timeline. The crew is polite/professional and keep the property clean/orderly. My wife and I just had our basement finished by Fram Construction and I wanted to say that we are delighted with the results. James was very personable and professional from the first moment we met. He gave us a quote that was not changed, even though we did have a couple of extra little things done. No surprises. James and his team were at our home every day, on time and if they were not, there was always an explanation. We are happy with the work that was done and would recommend James for any construction work around the house.
Bill and the family were extremely pleasant clients. The pup was very affectionate as well.

We contracted James to do a complete overhaul of a rental cottage we purchased in Niagara on the Lake. After interviewing other contractors - we felt that James was the perfect choice for our project. Even at the qualification stage; he showed more interest and spent more time than the others evaluating the scope of requirements. He offered constructive and in many cases cost saving options to complete the work. He kept in constant communication throughout the job and his work was meticulous. He was accommodating, flexible and an absolute pleasure to work with.
He turned our little "diamond in the rough" into a real gem!

I have never meet James prior to my hiring him. I found James Fram very honest with his pricing and work ethic. James was very acceptable to changes as the work went along and was very meticulous with all his work. My project lasted for 10 weeks to complete and James was at our door step everyday to get the job done putting in a full days work. I'm very happy with the work that was done and would recommend Fram construction for any future projects.

We were absolutely delighted with Fram, and the care they took to lay stone on our porch. So much so that we hired them for the basement, and then later our master bath.
Super conscientious, courteous, and trustworthy as well. Starts with a great vision, wonderful ideas, and even helped with colour choices. Firm construction, excellent materials, and an amazing eye for detail.
Quite the perfectionist!
May take a little longer than expected because of this detailing.

I have employed the services of Fram Construction & Design for many years and in a number of projects involving our business premises expansion, to home renovation projects. Mr. Fram has shown great flexibility and significant insight when taking on projects, very respectful in providing quality within an agreed upon budget and completion on a timely basis. Communication is excellent, issues addressed very promptly in a satisfactory manner. Recalls have been few and were dealt again in a most satisfactory manner. I have no hesitation in recommending their very professional services both in design and construction.

James Fram and his crew did a fantastic job at creating an oasis in our backyard including flagstone walkways, waterfalls into the pool, different rest areas, plants and flowers that actually lived and blossomed. We can't say enough about this firm. They are honest, clean, on time, on budget and most of all execute creatively and superbly. We recommend them highly.

I have acted as a general contractor on every renovation, addition and new build I have completed over the past twenty plus years. I use sub contractors in many area's. I have plumbers I trust. As well electrical contractors. Gas fitters, and A heating/ air conditioning company I have dealt with.
We have worked with natural stone and concrete for over twenty years. We pour four to six inches of 3500PSI concrete all set with 4' deep sono tubes, and then cement random or square/rectangular flagstone on it. The work is all high end, and lasts for decades. Gardens walls, waterfalls and more.
I will sit down with you and help design any project you have in mind. When we have the features and basic structural design you are happy with I will then sit down with an engineer and architect I work with and produce the drawings necessary for the municipality you live in to approve the project.
We have installed all pre finished hardwood flooring for over twenty years. And laminate and vynil flooring for the past decade. We also prep the sub floor properly so it can accept the new flooring and seat itself as it should. We then finish all baseboard and trim work as well.
In addition to building and finishing alll renovations, additions and new builds. I spend time with my clients and help int he design of each area and room. Design and finish of the trims, crowns and cabinets. Right down to the flooring and color on the walls.
We have been doing our own framing for renovations, basements, additions and new construction for years. I have roof trusses and systems built at the plant and we install on site.

If any changes are required durring the project, we will go over these in detail as well. We will provide you with whatever finish your budget permits. I emphasise, my crew and I do quality work. As do the sub trades I use.
Our exterior hard landscaping is second to none. Stone patios, walkways, driveways. Waterfalls. Exterior fireplaces. rock retaing wall systems and garden rocks. We also build custom cedar decks and fences. Pool houses. Outdoor bars and entertainment area's. All of our structures are built on solid concrete bases. All the base structures are built with 4' deep sono tubes filled with 3500 PSI concrete and steel bars run from these, through the concrete base. We then cement natural stone to these bases if building patios and walkways. Or we use this base structure to build fireplaces, bars, pool houses etc on top. What we build...lasts.
My commercial business has worked for many big name companies such as Dominion grocery stores and I finished the interiors of all the Franklin printing stores in Canada. Many small retail store construction projects as well as day care construction. We have built a six classroom facility in Mississauga, with a full playground facility as well.
