Heatpump installed wrong furnace ordered was told on Sept 2 proper furnace ordered I waited 3 weeks and called to be told they would call with info on furnace waited one week and called back and was told again they would call with info and again no call one week later I called again was told to wait and was disconnected no return call this company is a damn joke. Today is October 14 still no answer, if your reading this beware this company does not fallow through on there word avoid at all cost. T D
Water softener, air purifier, tankless hot water system. The water softener was installed but only hooked up to the hot water tank. The unit is supposed to service the entire house and I have been after Pinnacle for 5 months to return to my home and finish the job correctly. They continue to make promises but never show up. I have now taken legal action and hope that will peak their interest of satisfying a customer.
Pinnacle is a Reliance contractor. Pinnacle did not show up the day they were scheduled to install a water softener, I waited at home all day. They called late afternoon and promised to come that evening, again didn’t show up. Arrived the following day and installed it. Two days later, my basement was flooded because they didn’t drain it properly. They returned and offered to run the tubing across the centre of the floor to another drain. I explained it would be a tripping hazard, which they shrugged off, I had to ask them to drain it properly. They said they weren’t plumbers and didn’t have the parts. They also claimed they called a local plumbing parts store but the store didn’t have the parts they needed. They guaranteed they would come back the next day to fix it. Again I waited all day, again they did not show up. Called Reliance and asked for someone else to come. They sent another plumber who arrived within 15 minutes. Pinnacle called when the second plumber was finishing the job, offering to arrive in the evening. I told them not to.
Kristian Came by my place about a month ago to install a combo unit package of a furnace AC water heater tankless attic insulation air ceiling and he had got me back a rebate of over $2500 from Enbridge. This company is the real deal I have all top-of-the-line Lenox units and my first few years are covered by my rebate. The company qualified me as my equipments were very old for free protection plan included. install was quick and reliable. Thanks Kristian
My husband and I reached out regarding an ad I saw on Instagram that mentioned a very reasonable water rebate and that we very well could be approved for. Later that day a sales rep reached out and offered us all these amazing service plus a huge rebate that we could apply to our enbridge bill. Well we would be crazy to pass up this offer. Right! After signing the agreement and being approved for financing they told us that everything will be delivered and installed tomorrow. We thought wow that’s excellent customer service. We said our goodbyes to the sales lady and awaited confirmation. Several hours later we received a call saying that installation couldn’t be done tomorrow and that we’d have to wait till the following week. We thought fine but why promise us next day installation! After waiting a whole week the installers finally came. We learned that in order to complete the entire installation they would need a plumber. Okay! Where’s the plumber? I asked the installers. You’ll have to call pinnacle and set up an appointment they said. Hmmm okay no one told us that. After calling pinnacle I started to feel doubtful that this amazing offer was in fact to good to be true. Three days later the same installers show up again! You could imagine our confusion. Where’s the plumber I speculated? One of them replied, I will be installing the plumbing. Okay so we waited for no reason! After completing the installation I inspected to the best of my abilities only realizing that they neglected to finish. Which lead them to having to come back a third time. This time with an electrician! It has now been three weeks after signing our agreement. Further more to this “wonderful” experience today marks the fourth month. Installation isn’t fully completed. The rebates, credits and promises we have been promised haven’t been given. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My husband and I are tired of waiting and feel that anyone in our position would feel obligated to share this experience to help avoid anyone else having to live through it. Hence this review.
We were subcontracted by Pinnacle Home Services for plumbing services at a property in Waterloo. They were great to work with. Very professional, succinct and and we look forward to working together with any projects in the future.
