After a disastrous experience with another contractor, RealGreen was a breath of spring. We wanted our dilapidated Victorian porch rebuilt in the same style and the company was totally in tune with and sympathetic to our needs. The front basement steps also needed work and a wrought-iron fence installing, and we had the rear basement steps filled in and concreted over. Because RealGreen didn't know what they'd find and need to replace until the porch was dismantled, the budget was fluid. We knew that going in and were given regular updates. The price was very fair. The workers showed up when they were supposed to - there was never any wondering whether they'd arrive or not - and worked hard. They were friendly, courteous and meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the day. If they couldn't come on any particular day, we were told in advance and given the reason. Rick Morris was often there and his constant question was, "Are you happy?" Yes, we are. Very happy. We'd use RealGreen again in a heartbeat.
