| Warranty | Reimajen Group Inc. shall correct, at his own expense, any defect in the work due to faulty workmanship appearing within a period of TWO years from the completion date of the work. The owner shall give Reimajen Group Inc. written notice of such defects within a reasonable time, and in any event, no more than TWO years from the completion date of the work. This Warranty does not cover products, equipment or supplies from third parties that come with specific warranties from the manufacturer or the supplier of goods and does not cover damage or defect in areas of the home outside the scope of work that may be adversely affected by the work. Defects shall be determined using the Construction Performance Guidelines prepared by the Tarion New Home Warranty Program. |
