Right Choice Roofing and Repair

On Saturday night, with the heavy rain, water started leaking from the ceiling in one of our bedrooms. So on Sunday morning my husband Rudy called Frank at Firsf Choice who came within a couple of hours. He inspected the roof with the help of his drone and informed us about 3 missing shingles. He gave us a reasonable quote to which we agreed because he seems Honest, Trustworthy and Qualified. He started to work immediately and after going on the roof found several areas that were damaged by the Racoons.

He took pictures, came down and showed us the condition of our roof from all angles. He had the solution and assured us that he would complete the job before sundown

When he completed the job we were really relieved because Frank comes across as a person of Integrity, Efficiency and Trust.

His charges for repairs were reasonable. He seems straightforward and meticulous about his workmanship. He was fully equipped in his truck to handle our roof repairs and did not have to scurry about to bring any material.

Our first experience with Frank has been Great. We highly recommend him to all people with roof repairs. He is prompt and punctual. Polite and respectful in his manner.

The first time I had him come out in cold rainy weather, when I had water leaking into my kitchen. I called him on recommendation from the previous home owners, and he was very prompt in getting back to me. He had a great memory for the house and current state of the roof (which he hadn't done the original work on). He was happy for me to come up onto the roof with him, and thoroughly walked me through what was going on up there. He found the source of the leak confidently and efficiently, and was very honest about all the options, ranging from a short-term to semi-permanent solution, and the pros and cons of each. I felt he genuinely wanted to do the job right, and in as affordable way as possible for me. Since he fixed that area, I've had no further issues with water leakage in that spot.

He was very upfront though that I had other potential problem areas on my roof, however, and sure enough a couple months later a leak in another area developed. This time the weather was a bit better so we went ahead with some additional proactive repairs as well as the source of the current problem. Again he talked me through options, and I felt he was upfront, honest and had good integrity.

I hope to not need Frank again in the near future, but I certainly would call him again if I do!

I am sharing this experience I had with right choice roofing and the owner Frank, because I am extremely pleased and want to help others who find themselves in the same predicament as I did. The other great reviews I read about them before calling were all spot on and I hope my review helps others with their decision on choosing a roofer.

I had a sudden leak in my kitchen and as per my insurance company was told to find a roofer to come out and do emergency tarping. I called 6 or more roofers all with voicemail promises to contact me within 24-48hrs, and only 2 got back to me. Frank was the only one who picked up right away and promised to be at my house first thing the next day, and he was there exactly as promised. Despite being the owner, he is hands on for sure and he grabbed a ladder and climbed on up to access the situation. He took his time explaining the problem and solution, he was very clear and honest that it would be a short term solution and a complete reroofing would be ideal, but was also honest to say that it could and should wait until better weather to be completed. He even took pictures of up there to explain better. He proceeded to do an emergency tarping which is very high quality and durable as he used multiple layers to hold it down with the intention of it holding until good weather so we can bypass (if possible) the temp fix and keep us until we can do a full reroof when the weather clears up. He even helped me by giving me an interior ceiling water damage quote after I had trouble finding any interior people to give me quotes. He and his crew are very personable, understanding people who are very professional and do great work for very decent prices! When the weather gets better you can bet they are the people we will be going to for the reroofing! Thanks Frank!

I called a few companies and Rightchoice Roofing was the the third out of 4 companies. Frank was very honest with his explaination of what needed to be done immediately and what if any could wait. He explained te pros and cons of a repair verses whole roof replacement. In the end I took his advice and his estimate and contacted 1 other company to see if what I learned from him and proceeded to see what the other company explained. I felt that Frank was much more aware of what I was interested in, the long term care of my home and his solutions made sense. He and his crew came in, applied the quality roof I expected and I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend his company to my friends and family for sure! Thank you Frank!

I had several companies out to quote on a leaking roof issue that has persisted over the winter. Frank gave me his summary of the problem and a quote, along with a very fair and honest warning about a few additional costs that might arise should they find more problems as sections of the roof were removed.
