I have had great success with this company and have confidence in their abilities. I have hired them twice in the past and have been pleased with the quality of their workmanship, as well as their reliability of service. I recommend this company as both of my experiences with them have been excellent.
Working with Cossimo was a pleasure. He was professional and respectful of our home. His rates were fair and his workmanship was completed on time I would gladly recommend Cos to family and friends.
Cosimo painted a large portion of my house in June 08 and I was very pleased with results and the service that was provided. My house was left tidy and clean every day and the results were excellent. I would definitely hire him again (and did to paint one more room after that).
I highly recommend Rinnova Contracting. Their work is impeccable. They are always on time and courteous and the price that you are quoted is the price that you pay (unless you make last minute changes like me!).
When you are looking for a contractor you are always unsure of the realiability of the workmanship and the workers. You will never have to worry again about this when you use Rinnova Contrating.
We have used this contracting company for the past 8 years and we have never been let down. Whether painting wall, front door, garage or laying lockstone for our front walkway. We were always satisfied with the quality of work and the time in which it was completed.
You will never be disappointed with Rinnova Contracting.
I hired Rinnova to do our Spa bathroom in our upper floor. They agreed to do the job for cash and without permits. I have email strings and pictures to illustrate just how bad of a job they did, and Cosimo's unwillingness to own up to what they agreed to and fix. I had two floods, one from the main drainage, and one from the water lines installed in the shower. The problems were long and horrible - and I could not state strongly enough to stay away.
The comments made above do not accurately depict this entire matter. The client contracted specific work to Rinnova followed by detailed written instructions, which were made up by the client. The written instructions clearly stated to build a box for tub and place the tub in a frame. NO DETAILS ABOUT HOOKING UP FAUCETS/PLUMBING ETC. Same goes for shower, we simply built frame.
As far as plumbing goes, I am not a plumber nor did I ever agree to actually do any water hook ups or for that matter any electrical work. I myself am not a licensed plumber or a licensed electrician. My policy is to have the client provide those services and deal directly with those services.
When the client realized I wasn t going to do those functions, he became irate and asked me not to be onsite. A third party person had been involved to do all the tasks agreed to by Rinnova. The client independently speaking to the Third Party made additional arrangements that included his plumbing. Due to the frustrating matter for the client and Third party I tried to be the mediator but was unsuccessful. Rinnova was asked not to return and was never given any money. Any work completed was done so by the Third Party as well as well as direct payment from the client, which was made to the Third Party.
As far as CASH and PERMITS, Client asked if he could pay cash and we accommodated, last time I checked, that was a legal form of currency. Permits? Well not sure if I need a permit to add a shower frame and tub frame and hang some board? I will check on that?
Bare in mind, this event is OVER 2 YEARS OLD. It's a shame this client experienced so many issues but it should be a lesson to all to ensure they negotiate specific tasks with skilled tradesman and not to try and cut side deals.
I take pride in the work that I do and the long-standing customers that I deal with acknowledge that and are happy with their services.
I have nothing to add, this matter is closed on my end.
Best regards
RINNOVA
