| Warranty | Warranty Coverage Rouse Roofing ("we", "us", or "our") hereby warrants to the original purchaser ("you" or "your") that any roofing installation performed by our company will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of completion of the work ("Warranty Period"). What is Covered This warranty exclusively covers defects in workmanship by Rouse Roofing employees and does not extend to materials used for the job. The materials are covered under their respective manufacturers' warranties. Limitations of Coverage This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from abnormal use, misuse, neglect, or accidents. Normal wear and tear or aging of the roofing materials. Damages or defects resulting from acts of God, including, but not limited to, storms, hail, lightning, earthquakes, or any other natural disaster. Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by anyone other than authorized Rouse Roofing personnel. Any damage to the structure that is unrelated to the workmanship of the installed roofing. Claim Process To file a warranty claim, you must: Provide written notice to Rouse Roofing within thirty (30) days of discovering a potential workmanship defect. Include in your claim the date of installation, a detailed description of the alleged defect, and any relevant photographs or documentation. Allow us to inspect the roof to assess the claim. Inspections will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time within thirty (30) days of receiving the claim. Remedy Should a legitimate workmanship defect be identified within the Warranty Period, Rouse Roofing agrees, at our discretion, to either repair or replace the affected portion of the roofing installation at no cost to you. This remedy constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. |
