Stephan did an amazing job adding new Attic Access to our house. Our old access had to be relocated to allow for a bathroom extension. Stephan provided great communication, arrived on time, and finished the job as agreed. He kept true to his quote and timeline.
I would highly recommend for any projects around the house and will use again should the need arise.

I hired SB construction to renovate my basement and creat a full kitchen and paint including all plumbing ,electrical , flooring , cabinets , appliance installation , dry wall for hallway closure and more , Stephan did a fantastic job and very clean , very disciplined and finished on deadline . I also asked him to do my home steps out door and porch which was ruined by other construction guys , Stephan also did a amazing job on it . Very reliable , and I’m very happy . Never had any construction company as honest as SB contraction .

Stephan removed the carpet in the bedrooms and installed hardwood floors in a true professional manner and for a good price. He has a wealth of knowledge and provided great suggestions. The inspection and completion of the project was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

After another guy kept cancelling on us to install the floors, I remembered my amazing bathroom, I called Stephan, who installed the flooring at a great price.

While my bathroom was functioning- I personally did not like the set up- , I wanted to remove the Vanity, and shelving and add a Pedestal sink.
Wow what an amazing job Stepan did. I know its not easy working with smaller sinks and small spaces.
Stepan did not complain at all, and he took his time to get it right and his price was really Fair.
I am really happy with his work! love my bathroom!!!

I hired SB Construction to do a full bathroom renovation in my condo. Stepan did a fantastic job and I am extremely pleased with the end result. He picked up and delivered all the material, removed and replaced the wall and floor tiles, painted the walls and ceiling, and installed a new toilet, vanity and mirror. Everything was done on time, on budget and left no mess. Stepan is very professional, responsive and truly cares about getting the job done well. Great attention to detail and skill. Would absolutely hire this company again and recommend to anyone. Thank you!
