I was searching for a tile-setter and found Dukes of Tile on this site. I was sure glad I did, as they were polite, professional, reasonable and showed up on schedule every day. They tiles my main bathtub, ensuite shower and floors are next. I would definitely recommend Jarrod and his crew.

We are very pleased, for numerous reasons, with the work that Dukes of Tile did in our home. The main reason is the aesthetic sensibility (great 'eye') of Jarrod and his crew. They are very good at finding elegant solutions to visual or design problems. And they even identified a problem that we hadn't recognized and found an excellent way to solve it. Considering that we are visual artists, I would say that this skill alone makes it worthwhile having Dukes of Tile work on our project.
Jarrod and the crew communicate wel; they were punctual and cleaned up nicely before leaving. They always took time to be sure we were pleased with their work before they left. Follow-up was also excellent. If Jarrod wasn't on site when the crew left, he made sure to either phone or come to the site to check that things had been properly done.
They were polite, respectful and friendly. A pleasure to have in our home.

We have used the Dukes of Tile for 8 years now and would recommend them to any contractor or home owner. They are very knowledgable and experienced tile setters and I think what sets them apart from others is there creativity. Our work has helped win the Canadian Home Builders' Association of BC's annual Georgie Award for design. Working in harmony with other trades, contractors and designers we ensure the highest quality product. We also work closely with representatives from the manufacturers of our adhesives and tile distributors as well as the Terrazzo, Tile and Marble Association of Canada.
