I’m a retired builder and didn’t know any local trades that I could confidently hire as I’m new to the area.

(hereinafter referred to as the Company) provides this one-year labor warranty for renovation and construction services (hereinafter referred to as the Work) performed by the Company. This warranty covers defects in labor, workmanship, and materials used in the renovation or construction project. Warranty Coverage: During the one-year warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defects in labor, workmanship, or materials used in the Work, free of charge to the customer.
