I had initially contacted Dom from Sparrow Design Build Corp for another project but my building decided to complete a plumbing refit this year so a bathroom renovation seemed perfectly timed.

From the start, I found Dom to be extremely easy to talk to. He listened intently to my ideas and spoke honestly about what could be successfully achieved. Together we formed a plan. From contract signing, Dom made himself available to answer my pre-project start questions regarding tiles, fixtures and anything else I could imagine.

For Day 1 of the project and every day after, Dom and his team arrived on time and ready to work. Each day I got an update and it was explained how things would progress that day.

There was only one minor in-project delay, which was to allow a bit more drying time for the tiling but ultimately that did not impact the full project timeline.

The whole team was so respectful and easy to work with. They were also respectful of my neighbours and the building rules. I think they were concerned about my design ideas at first but in the end I won them over and together we achieved my bathroom dream.

The workmanship is the best. The finishing touches that we didn't discuss, like capping the unfinished tile edge, put Sparrow at the top of any of the professionals out there. I am very appreciative.

I have already recommended Sparrow Design Build Corp to three friends and I hope that they all contact Dom with their projects. I also have 2 more projects to do in my own home and have already planned to have Dom and the team back in the new year!

We recently contracted Sparrow Design Build Corp to assist with master and guest bathroom repair/renovations resulting from a leak in our new-build townhouse in Leslieville.

We saw numerous contractors and were impressed with Sparrow’s reviews and Dominik’s overall demeanor when he came on-site to inspect the scope of work - he was polite, knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish, which put us at ease.

From project start to finish, Dominik and the Sparrow team exemplified a high level of professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. They always showed up on time, were courteous, pleasant and hard working. They were able to overcome any obstacles as they arose by creating an effective resolution plan (while staying on track). The Sparrow team were able to complete this project much faster than we ever thought possible all the while maintaining a very high quality of work. They took care of our home with respect and as if it was their own consistently maintaining cleanliness and ensuring any impacted work areas were well protected (drop sheets on the floors, closing doors to contain dust, cleaning impacted areas as soon as the phase of work was complete). The day they left, you couldn't tell they had ever been on-site despite our two beautiful newly renovated bathrooms.

Dominik provided open communication and transparency throughout the entire project - he was responsive to our questions/inquiries and always available via text/phone/e-mail. As Project Manager, he worked strictly to the timeline and budget exactly as discussed and would provide daily and key milestone updates. When we asked for advice, he would give his honest opinion (regardless if it meant more or less work to be completed), offer helpful suggestions and put a great deal of thought into every stage of the project. The process of logistics including estimates, invoices and payments was straightforward and the platform was easy to use.

The quality of work was exceptional and exceeded our expectations - we feel highly confident and have peace of mind in the repairs/renovations that were completed. We sincerely could not be more pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Sparrow Design Build Corp. to anyone in search of a reliable, talented, customer-focused and overall outstanding contractor. They will be our first call for any future general contracting needs.

I came across sparrow design online and was just getting the standard three quotes for the work that needed to be done. The reviews weee excellent so I called and made an appointment. Domink showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He understood that we were on a budget and was able to provide solutions to get what we needed for that budget. His team were very professional, always on time and very polite. Communication and deadlines were excellent and quality of work was outstanding. I can only say good things about our experiences with Dominik and sparrow design and will recommend and use them again.

I have an older home which had a bathroom that was functionally in-adequate. I have been seeking a contractor all summer of which several assessed my property and could not see my vision. I saw Dominik making a fence for my neighbour, introduce myself, ask if he was the owner of the property and if he does other type of constructions, and home renovations. He introduce himself and his business with a warmth that I did not get from the others. I told him of my project and after he was finished he came by and did an assessment, understood my vision for a barrier free more user friendly bathroom. My new fence was an absolute necessity for security and privacy. Sparrow was able to build me the perfect fence. It looks amazing and it provides me with the security and privacy that I needed. After getting three quotations for my bathroom Reno I decided to go with Sparrow and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Although Sparrow Design was the highest price quote, after meeting Dom It was clear I had to go with him. He truly works as if it was his own house. I really liked that work Dominik did in the construction of our new fence. He pointed out the short comings of the previous builder who didn’t even bother to secure the fence posts with cement. He showed me the high quality of the hardware used - gate hinges, latch, lock , etc. He always arrived on time, worked efficiently, & cleaned up before he left. Dominik always kept us up to date on the progress & when the work was done, he made sure we were satisfied and did a follow up the next day. Sparrow Design Group is highly recommended for these reasons.

We liked Sparrow's replacement of our bathroom sink, backsplash, faucet, floor tile and floor heating system. We received excellent quality work and friendly superior service from Sparrow. Dom took the time to correct some unexpected defects from a previous contractor, but honoured his quoted price. We would highly recommend him as a contractor.

As with most renovations to older buildings, challenges came up when walls started to come down. Dominik communicated any unforeseen problems and gave us viable solutions. He was upfront about any extra costs and time delays (if any) and was willing to work with us to keep the project within budget. Dominik kindly offered to complete smaller tasks that needed to be done along the way, at no additional cost. This was very helpful and much appreciated.

Throughout the renovation process, Dominik and his team kept things organized and clean within reason.
