Sorin and team did a great job helping us design a space that works the best for our family. We love the finished product. We appreciated the app to help communicate and keep things organized. Would definitely work with them again in a future renovation.

After a serious misfire during planning with another contractor, we engaged with SPR to discuss our needs.

Our project proceeded steadily with various trades in and out as we observed their progress. SPR project managers were always available to answer our questions or deal with any concerns.

A very few minor concerns that came up during the project were rectified or revised without problem. We always felt that SPR was willing and able to adapt or correct, and would never deflect or deny any concern we raised.

We are completely satisfied with the results of our project, and also with the overall cost.

We did a partial basement renovation; added a new bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. Sorin was great to work with when designing a layout, selecting flooring, fixtures, and ceiling tiles. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain work to be done and made me aware of unforeseen circumstances.

I worked with Sorin and his team at SPR Design for 2 bathroom renovations and would definitely recommend them. They rolled with the additional services I requested as they were completing the jobs and Sorin picked out great fixtures.

We completely remodelled a 2000 sq foot 2 storey home that was approx 90 years old. The renovation included expanding a single car garage to a double, windows, roof, hvac replacement (was steam heat), kitchen, baths, electrical, the works. Total cost of the project was in excess of $450,000 and time frame was approx 7 months. While there were a few surprises along the way (hardly a shock) we discussed solutions and options and worked through them. SPR was very helpful in assisting with many of the choices and decisions, offering great ideas and photos of previous work. This is only one of several projects we’ve completed with SPR. I highly recommend them and will continue to call on them when doing Reno’s and upgrades in the future.

Very pleased with the work done to develop my basement. The crew was so friendly and skilled at their job. They paid great attention to completing the job in a timely fashion while also paying great attention to expertly finishing every little detail!
