Used drywall compound as an exterior filler. Our pergola is disintegrating before our eyes. He will not return our repeated phone calls. Clearly this shows a lack of professionalism. Got paint all over our new tile step -- did not use anything to protect it or the sidewalk. Both are permanently stained. What a mess!
Exterior filler was used, snow build up and melting cause the surface damage to one spot at the base of a post! I answered one call and let you know I ll come in the spring and repair! Your right, I m not picking up the phone for repeated calls
Paint clean up was needed, not sure about all over clean up was done, then you paid the bill, then hired me to for another project, then wrote a review about it, hmmm! You may be commingling your many issues with many contractors, very unprofessional! Still I give you a 3.75/5 as a customer!

Our experience with Bill was great! He went above and beyond for our family by making the AlbertaOne call for us and installing the chainlink fence on our tight timeline. We would happily hire Suecroft Contracting again in the future.

We hired Suecroft Contracting LTD. in the summer of 2021 to act as a contractor for a new garage and to redo the basement. We discovered in September 2022, that Bill did not have the electrician, RJE Electric, pull the permit for the electrical service. Since September 11, 2022, we have been attempting to have the electrician pull the permit so we can have that inspected and do the final inspection on the building.
As if this week, Bill has told us that he will not be assisting with this in any manner and that it is our issue to deal with. At this point we have no other option than to pursue this legally. Bill is a smooth talker who will tell you what you need to hear.
Please accept this as a warning regarding Suecroft Contracting and RJE Electric. We are deeply regretful that we hired this company
I was hired for the above-mentioned projects, which I am grateful for! Contracts were signed, which included all permits, related inspections, scope of work, timing, payments. I paid for the electrical permit, hired an electrician that I have worked with in the past and... he did not pull the permit. No doubt this caused problems, regardless, I hired him, it is my responsible. (What went on with the electrician is not going to be discussed here)
This project was north of 100K, 99.5% was on time and budget! Literally! I also returned funds for a minor part of the project that was not in the scope of work, but somehow became my responsibility, the dreaded expanding scope of work!
"Deeply Regretful" for something that went 99.5% to plan with a few bumps along the way and money returned for an item that is nowhere in the scope of work seems a bit off balance to me!
All work and inspections complete!

Had Bill from Suecroft Contracting into my home this week to Install Luxury Vinyl tile and Paint a room.
Bill installed Tile into the Kitchen w/adjacent Laundry room, two Bathrooms, and front entrance hallway w/adjacent closet.
The Tile work is amazing and flawless.
The Laundry room was freshly painted and hooks were installed which improves the efficiency and looks of the room.
All areas that Bill performed work in look much more up to date and refreshed. The quality of work is excellent and makes the house feel like a new home!
This is the third time Bill has worked his magic in my home and I will have him over again for my next future project without hesitation.

We hired Suecroft Contracting to replace the collapsing fence surrounding our 1960's home this summer. Bill was personable, workable, and quite simply all around excellent to deal with throughout the entire process. He kept us and the neighbors well informed about the project and was quick to provide design recommendations and address unforeseen challenges.
He even took the initiative to contact and coordinate help for additional landscaping on the property resulting in the removal of two full dump trucks worth of old pavers and bricks.
On the administrative side, Suecroft made this easy. They managed invoicing separately between neighbors and were quick to respond via email, text, and phone.
We would not hesitate to hire Suecroft again.

Bill and his employee were amazing to deal with. Geniunely friendly but serious about the work and the quality of work provided.

Work was done on time and they cleaned up the site after like they had never been there.

We are thrilled with our new fence - from the first quote to the completion of the job, Bill and James were extremely professional, arrived early and did not leave until the job was 100% completed. Bill even fixed some loose boards on an existing fence in our yard! We would highly recommend him!

Bill Suecroft was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Quick to respond to our request for a quote and followed through with a couple visits to the site before commencing. Our new fence was a shared project with the neighbours on either side of us and we were each provided a separate quote, with the costs split evenly as requested. Bill and his team worked hard for a few days, rain, snow or shine to get the fence and gates completed in a timely manner. The supplies used were top notch and the new fence looks amazing! We are super happy with the quality of workmanship and materials used on our fences and gates. We highly recommend Bill for a new fence or any other house and yard construction you can dream up.
