I recently was a patron of Techespresso because my university IT support system was unable to assist me in obtaining any wi-fi connection in any location on campus. Wesley was able to assist me in acquiring the necessary connection in less than an hour's time and I was very pleased with his congenial nature and polite service. He was optimistic we would find a simple solution even though I was skeptical, grouchy and disheartened due to my longstanding bad luck with technology. On November 8th service rep Wesley came by and reconfigured my home office, setup a new WiFi unit, synced in other devices and removed virus threats off my hard drive. All seem to be working much better.

He kept me informed continually during the repair, when the part was ordered, when it was expected to arrive, and when the unit was expected to be completed.
My MS Surface 3 Pro looks and operates as new, particularly since these devices are notoriously difficult to repair. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Service was excellent, but the cost of doing all the work was more than we thought. We weren't really sure what to expect as we had not done this before. But our Tech was excellent and a very knowledgeable and courteous person!!
I decided to contact Tech!Espresso after I received a 'scare' email which turned out to be a scam. What is scary about the email was that one of my passwords was actually captured in the email. So, I made an online reservation with Tech!Espresso, to have my home desktop serviced/cleaned of any possible malware, virus, etc. I was VERY impressed with the same-day-service option. Chris was the one who helped me this morning, and HE IS AWESOME! Chris' quality of customer service is top-notch. He not only cleared my desktop of malware, but he also explained what I can do go-forward to prevent/clear malware out of my desktop. Chris called me a few hours prior to my scheduled appointment and gave me the option for an earlier appointment. I was home anyway, so I took the earlier appointment. Excellent, excellent level of service. I would highly recommend Tech!Espresso, and most definitely, Chris!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Chris!!!
I have provided an excellent review as the technician was on time, listened to my issues and corrected them with 45 minutes of arriving. Problem wasn't just the windows upgrade as there was quite a bit of malware on my machine even with Norton Anti-virus protection.

I called and within two hours a very competent technician named Craig came to my home and resolved all the issues with my Mac desktop.
