I had the following issues:
Water is leaking from the top of the flush from yesterday.
This time it is visible and it happens only when the flush is used.
When the flush is used water comes from the valve with a high pressure and it gets split out from the top of the flush box.
Mike did not fix the problem completely but sent me a bill which I stupidly paid. When I received a call from my tenant , I tried to reach Mike for 2 weeks with no response so I sent an email to my agent who had referred him. Mike then calls me at work yelling at me. My agent subsequently said, she had received similar complaints from other clients about Mike. If you live at 16 Yonge street, so not use them as they are scam artists and do not finish jobs. Iwill sue them so they can go on record at the Better Business Bureau.
