First, they hired subcontractors to do our job without telling us. Fara told one guy to cover the decals on his truck so that we wouldn't see he was a subcontractor.
The subs did a very poor job, and no one from Uniart checked their work. We were finding walls that weren't sanded, ceilings that were primed but not painted, and lots of overspray all over.
Then they left equipment on our site for weeks. One of their subs took it after a days work, but Uniart claimed that they couldn't find it, and so they invoiced us for it.
I don't know if it's incompetence or they are crooks... but just stay away.
