Top notch work. No problems with this complete reno but poor follow up for minor adjustments. Very difficult to get them to commit and then follow up.

We can't say enough good things about Kaila, Andrew, their team and the quality of work and care that went into our project. We struggled with wondering if we should move from our older country home with all the work that was in front of us to bring it to what we wanted but decided to stay and update with a total gut and we're SO glad we did and that we found them for the job! They were incredibly professional and humble in handling the entire scope of our project. They completed our job in the time they projected and were constantly updating us so we were always in the loop about timelines and next steps. They went above and beyond in ensuring the integrity of our home (even outside of the renovation) was there and were meticulous with small details and design recommendations. We had a vision of how our home would look when it was complete and they knocked it out of the park! Andrew and his team's attention to detail on site was incredible and Kaila's project management was just what I needed to get through a massive reno stress free. I cannot recommend highly enough how fantastic this experience was for us. My new bathroom is spectacular and I love it. The new vinyl flooring is great, all new doors and trim and painting. Andrew, Kaila and Kyle were so professional, accommodating, kept us on budget and cleaned up all mess. They worked incredibly hard to get the job completed in a great time frame and we are thrilled. Time for the downstairs main floor next and we wouldn't have anyone else do the job but Andrew and Kaila.

Kaila and Andrew and their team, really made a huge difference in our house. We thought we had a vision of what we wanted but Kaila opened our eyes to so many different options and ideas and it turned out even better than we had imagined.

Kaila was always very prompt with answering any questions or concerns that we had, which was always very comforting and reassuring.

Andrew is beyond talented with his work. His attention to detail is phenomenal. He really does make your dreams come to life.

They both really go above and beyond. We are beyond grateful and very appreciative of everything they have done for us.

Andrew and Kaila were a professional team in every way. They helped us every step of the way...took down a wall to open up the main floor, installed a new kitchen, and two large bathrooms. The biggest issue was they worked with us at a distance. We were north of Toronto and they were in St. Catharines. We met for the overall plan, but did a lot of planning and choices at a distance by text, phone and email. Kaila did an excellent job presenting us with choices, listened to our concerns and made excellent recommendations. Andrew’s renos were ‘above and beyond’...every detail, every kind of work - tiling, plumbing, cupboards, floors, lighting. I could go on...trust me, they are the best!!!

We hired Andrew & his team (Urban Design Renovation) to remove our upstairs beat up carpet & install new Laminate Hardwood Flooring. I have to say how pleased I am with Andrews work: his reliability, his perfection to detail, his mannerism, his quality of work, and his team of professionals.

Kaila (admin) was super helpful & informative about the whole process. If I had any concerns at all, she put my mind at ease.

I’m hoping in the future, that we can renovate our master bathroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to look anywhere else, but Urban Design Renovation.
