Mike and his team that did the job at our home we could not be happier.
We had a pool installed in the end of summer and many unfinished interior renovations.
The most important part of the whole job was communication and honesty, we were given options and explained you really do get what you pay for and sometimes there are things that we decided we dont want the best top of the line so they were able to source us mid grade products some things we decided on top of the line like high traffic areas we wanted the best product to hold up for a long time.
It was a pleasure and yes we would recommend Village Homes.

We had the work listed above completed by Mike and his superior contractors in 2015. I am feeling compelled to write this now, 5 years later as we have worked with many other companies since then. Each project we have done since our work with Village homes has left me less than impressed because Mike and his network of contractors and carpenters are simply the best! Their design process is in paralleled. Their client centred approach is one element that sets them apart. They created 3D renders of our space that left no detail unaccounted for. We knew what the finished product would be based on those renders. Mike’s master carpenter at the time figured out every nook and cranny of our once crooked 100year old home, and never complained about it. We have one more major project to do here and I hope we can work with Village Homes for it! Thank you Mike for your exceptional work!

Our experience with Village Homes was very positive right from the start. They took the time to fully understand a very custom reno of an old house before commencing work. Nothing was a no-go - whatever we requested, they made it happen. They provided detailed renders and reviewed them until we were satisfied. Their crew, led by master carpenter Chester, worked carefully and diligently to ensure no detail was overlooked, as well as troubleshooting "old home" issues. We were very pleased with the planning, construction, and finishing details. They offer flexibility in terms of sourcing materials: be sure to be specific about what you want regarding finishes. We will certainly be using them again and strongly recommend their services.

Village Homes provided quality replacement windows for our house. Communication was very prompt and clear. During their visits they were very friendly.
Their workmanship was very good and very quick - they removed the old windows and installed the new ones all in one day.
We are very happy with our new windows and would definitely recommend Village Homes.

I have hired many contractors in the past, and for the most part, I'm rarely eager to call them back again for future work. But I would not hesitate to call Village Homes again in a heartbeat, whatever my need.
After comparing multiple contractors in the Mississauga and GTA region, we chose to work with Village Homes for a number of reasons: their attention to detail, their honest and genuine approach, and of course their impressive cost-to-value ratio.
We initially reached out to Village Homes to help us repair damage to our cedar siding and eavestroughs, while also comparing their window/door quote (replacing all of our 30-year-old wood-frame windows) with quotes of other contractors. Village Homes' quote was the most impressive of the quotes we received from other contractors and window companies, and it made the decision very easy for us. After a painless measurement/estimating period where we were guided through some decisions, we decided to move forward with an order. Making modifications to that order was easy - Michael and his team were super friendly throughout the entire process, and it was a pleasure to have expert insight through the decision-making process without feeling pressured to upgrade or rush through it all. After discussing options, we wound up taking their advice and converting some dual-pane windows in our original order into single-pane awning picture windows and woah... what a difference! In short, their estimating and sales team is representative of the level of quality and attention that we should be expecting from any contractor we hire.
Fast forward to the installation, where two installers showed up (exactly on time, I might add) and within one day, replaced every window in our house, then cleaned up as if they were never even there. I was impressed at the friendliness, cleanliness and efficiency the installers demonstrated, and it's clear that we were hiring talented people who genuinely cared about the craftsmanship of their work.
I would strongly recommend Village Homes to others, and truly feel that this is hands-down one of the best contractors you can find in the GTA.
