| Warranty | 5 YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY Weatherskin Calgary warrants to the property owner that the scope of application will be free of defects in workmanship. Should a failure occur due to defects in workmanship that may cause damage, Weatherskin Calgary will repair such problems by supplying labor for the term of 5 years. This warranty is transferable one time to your buyer for the term of the warranty. The warranty items are to be repaired only by Weatherskin Calgary, and the customer must notify Weatherskin Calgary within 48 hours after the problem has been discovered. Weatherskin Calgary will not be liable for substrate or structural damage, pre-existing damage to substrate that was not repaired, damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to ice damage, hailstorms, human error, foreign objects or hurricane force wind and rain. 1. Proper care guidelines should be followed as per our “CARE” document 2. Pictures and a detailed explanation of the issues at hand shall be provided to our Weatherskin Calgary location via email or hand delivered. For emergency type situations call toll free 1.877.693.9224. 3-YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY FOR APPLICATIONS OUTSIDE OUR LOCAL TERRITORY: The duration of the manufacturer’s warranty is determined by the product being installed and the Limited 5 Year Service Warranty is for the time duration of 5 years. This warranty is in lieu of all other express and limited warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose and is limited to the duration of this warranty.
