All of the tile work that Darius has done for us has been incredible. He does such a great job walking you through the proposed plan for the tile to make sure everyone is on the same page. The work has been flawless and he is such a genuine person to have around while he is working.

I would highly recommend Darius!
He is a very honest contractor, very meticulous and is an excellent tile installer.
I have hired Darius many times over the last 7 years for all my tile work needs!
His pricing is not the lowest but you will get quality in his worknamship!
He will not rush through his work and his philosophy is to do it right the first time, if it means an extra day to complete the job, I am OK with that as I know, I will not be asking him to come back to address deficiencies.
He is specialized in all types of tile sizes and material finishes and is a certified Schluter installer as well which is great with custom complex shower systems.
I love working with Darius! and will continue to hiring him for all my projects! I would be happy to speak to anyone about my experience in working with him. Thanks for reading.

I hired Darius, of Zic Design, to install natural stone tiles in a brand new bathroom that I was constructing. He did an excellent job with everything he touched. He is one of the most meticulous tile installers that I have ever hired. He takes his time to lay out the tiles so everything lines up the way it should. I'm very happy with his workmanship and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality job!

Darius’ work is impeccable. He takes his time and treats each job as if it was his own home. His attention to detail is second to none and the quality of his work is amazing. We have worked with many tile installers and he is by far the best. We only use him now as we always know that we are getting an outstanding job. He is honest, fair and reliable. Our installation was done Professionally you will never get a more conscientious person to do this work. Darius is meticulous in his work. We renovated the entire main floor or our home and wanted the flooring to be constant and thanks to Darius it is perfect this was no small job 1200 square feet of flooring in 5 rooms with adjoining hallways.
The floor flows perfectly from room to room without any joints that breaking up rooms.
We also had our kitchen backsplash installed which no small job because it is glass.
Again it is perfect. My daughter just purchased a home and Darius in the only one I would have do the work in her home.

We couldn’t be happier with the expertise of Ciprians tile installation. He listened to us and and also gave us his recommendations when it came time to make decisions on placement etc. Ciprian competed a major renovation on both of our main bathrooms and a few months later we had him back to do our laundry room and foyer. We honestly couldn’t happier with the results and his quality of work. He left the work site spotless and came through on all his projected time lines. We will definitely use him again when the time comes.

There are trades and then there are craftsman. Ridgewood Holdings Inc. has been building and developing real estate since 1986. Years of experience have allowed us to filter out the difference between average tile installs and craftsmanship.
Darius, of Zic Design Inc. was tasked with 2 complicated floor and stair tile installations. The projects were completed in a timely manner and at the quoted prices with no additional charges.
It was obvious these projects were completed with personal pride and care. Exhibiting expert technique, proper selection of material and preparation, delivered a beautiful and high quality finish which we are proud to display.
The applications were on concrete and the other on wood stairs. A number of years have passed since the installations were completed. Both sites have experienced a high traffic in a commercial setting and look as beautiful and sound. No loose tiles, perfect grout joints and level as the day they were installed.
I/we would recommend Darius and Zic Design for any future installations. True craftsman and expert in their field. We know the difference!

| Warranty | Warranty Coverage: The Installer warrants that the tile installation services performed will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the completion date of the installation project ("Warranty Period"). This Warranty covers the specific tile installation work performed by the Installer and does not extend to any pre-existing or underlying materials. Warranty Conditions: This Warranty is subject to the following conditions: a. The Customer must promptly notify the Installer in writing of any alleged defects or issues within a reasonable time after discovery during the Warranty Period. b. The Customer must provide the Installer with reasonable access and opportunity to inspect and assess the alleged defects or issues. c. The Customer must have followed and maintained proper care and maintenance guidelines for the tiled surface as advised by the Installer. Warranty Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover: a. Normal wear and tear, including scratches or damages caused by improper use, accidents, abuse, neglect, or acts of nature. b. Any defects or issues arising from substandard or faulty materials provided by the Customer or a third party. c. Any modifications or alterations made to the tile installation by parties other than the Installer without prior written consent. d. Grout discoloration or variations due to natural aging, environmental factors, or regular cleaning practices. e. Any issues resulting from shifting or settling of the building's foundation or structure. Warranty Remedies: In the event that a valid claim is made within the Warranty Period and the Installer determines that the claim is covered under this Warranty, the Installer will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective tile installation. The Installer reserves the right to use functionally equivalent materials if the original materials are no longer available. |
