Things started out fine once they finely arrived to do the job. Everything went well until they cracked my breezeway floor. When they where compacting the base, I didn't notice until the job was fine paid for and they where gone. Well anyway I could live with the crack and the patio was ready for a family birthday in time. So year one everything good until the spring when I noticed water pooling against my outer foundation wall on the patio. It was not draining properly, I called Shaun and sent him pictures he said he would fix it no problem. 4 months later 4 phone calls I was still waiting. Anyway he said he was just to busy and couldn't get to it until next spring and I would be first on his list. Well spring comes and goes but I had emailed him and he promised he would fix it last I heard he closed the company down. So my son and his friends fixed it, it took 4 of them a weekend and about an additional $1800 in material and renting a compactor. I know Shaun tried and I told him I trusted him, I feel for people who's life's work goes down the tubes. But Shaun I really expected more of you it's tough when you can't fulfill your promises and I know it embarrassed you but it didn't help me. We spent a lot of money and your guarantee fell short. I truly hope you are doing better, but you have made me very leary to hire someone in their own word only.
