4" LED Flat Recessed Lights

Is it true that you cannot install 4" LED flat recessed lights if you don't have access to them? Example: You MUST have an attic to access 4" lights.

Well. I'm not an electrician. However you do need access. You cannot conceal any connection with drywall or any other product. If you install any light fixture you have access through the fixture itself. You connections are normally in the light box itself. Bottom line is you are good to go in my opinion. Call your local electrical permit office or an licenced electrician.
