I was putting the elbow under the toilet. i removed the old one. I think i took a little longer to put them together after cementing. I dont think it went all the way in. I guess it went 3/4 in the 3" elbow ABS. It it ok or should I redo it. And also I didnt hold it for 30 seconds, as its instructed on the cement bottle. Am I in trouble??

Thanks

3/4 of the way in is fine. Obviously all the way in is better and for future info if you use more glue and turn and push you'll get a better seat of the fitting.

You can always bush a bit more glue onto the seam to be sure that the seal is good. Also if you have the option look down the toilet flange and see if you can see glue around the inner fitting ridge.
