Hi there. My house needs all new plumbing and rough-ins. What is the cost of a plumber? Is it based per job or per hour?

Most prefer flat rate. For remodels, the current plumbing charge-outs are from $90-$110 on average. A new bath development can be from about $2,500 -$3,500 labor.
