Low end $39 and that's using second hand materials and on the higher end we have ever done was $78 per square foot 50 a foot will give you mid to high end finishes.

Don't forget all Electrical work in Ontario MUST BE done by a licensed electrical contractor applying for an ESA permit and inspector under their license.

Just because someone says they are an electrician does not allow them to work without a contracting license. saving costs on unlicensed electricians could put your home and family at risk. Work safe, work smart.

Check they are listed and registered here:

50 to 75 is the average price for reno but it all depends on what the client needs and wants. you can still get an amazing renovation at a good price

look around and don't always go for the low price in renovation. ask around and you can get your renovation done at a good price

Yes I would say that you would be comfortable estimating the basement out at that cost. You would be able to complete your project with mid to high end finishes

what would be the cost for labor only if material gets supplied then

$50 / sqft would work but still based on what type of finishing you are looking for!

$50 per square foot is a firm mid-range price. Variables are finish materials mostly, flooring, fixtures, etc. Variables in labour have to do with any extra elements, window cuts, exterior doors, etc.
