Cost for door threshold replacement

I have a wooden door tread that is rotted out and allowing water leakage. Our home inspector suggests door replacements with proper flashing and sealing. What would be the cost?

Your inspector is correct the entire door including jambs and threshold need to be replaced.
It is very difficult to replace only just the threshold and based on your pictures you need a new door system.
