What is a resonable price to get my carpet taken out and either hardwood, laminate or tile. approx. 300sq feet?
If there are no damages to sub floor. Carpet demo $300 plus approx $2550 for hardwood or high quality laminate.
Not a clue, ,unless you give specific details. $300 sounds about right to get rid of carpet!

$0.50/sq ft plus disposal for carpet tearout ($150+)
$2.25/sq ft for naildown application ($675)
$1.75 for floating application ($375)
This assumes no subfloor repairs, transitions, or trimwork.
This also does not include your material since that is too broad a price range.
