2017 fees for our company

$0.50/sq ft plus disposal for carpet tearout ($150+)

$2.25/sq ft for naildown application ($675)

$1.75 for floating application ($375)

This assumes no subfloor repairs, transitions, or trimwork.

This also does not include your material since that is too broad a price range.

Luck for you, we have a summer promotion right now.

The Price of Removal and Disposal carpet 0.30/sqft

Installation of laminate 12mm 1.10/sqft

for standard installation

Installation of 3/4" thick Hardwood 1.75/sqft

for standard installation

Usually tile installation are depends on the size of the plank. Most of my customer are transitioning from tiles to vinyl. save money and more variety to choose from.

Here is a idea of your cost.

300sqft removal Carpet *0.30 = $90

300sqft Installation of Hardwood *$1.75= $525

100Lf Installation of Q-R *$1 = $100

Per Sqft for exchange Hardwood labor= Approx $2.38

300sqft removal Carpet *0.30 = $90

300sqft Installation of Laminate *$1.10= $525

300sqft Installation of Underlayment *0.30= $90

100Lf Installation of Q-R *$1 = $100

Per sqft of exchange laminate= Approx $2.03

Per sqft of exchange vinyl= Approx $2.03

* Price Including prep the floor, screw down the subfloor.

Laminate Price= $1.55-$2.00 /sqft

Vinyl(7mm) Price= $2.10 -$3.50 /sqft

Hardwood Price = $4.00 - $8.00/sqft

you can just add the labour Price and material price together get a unit price. mutiply that with the total sqft. plus 5%-7%wastage.

That way you will get a basic idea of how much it will cost you.

Job Duration according to your description its 1 day Job. Depends if there is a lot of furniture in that area. Some company do have moving furniture cost.
