I am planning a kitchen renovation and I want to know a proximate labor cost for:
1) kitchen cabinet removal: 7 wall cabinets, 5 base cabinets and ceramic tile counter-top.
2) remove and replace the existing ceramic tiles in kitchen, hall way and powder room. Approximately 260 sqf with porcelain tiles.
You'd be looking at around $250 - $400 for the cabinet removal and around $1200 to remove and reinstall the tile.
Hope this helps?
Kitchen renovation is the most expensive part when you come to home renovation. Also all depend on your choices and quality of materials. This job will cost you with normal mdf door cabinets and melamine boxes with average grade tile floor and back splash is $15000 - $20000.

Hi,
I would charge $500 for the cabinet/counter top removal and disposal.
For the tile removal and re-install you are looking at approximately $10 ft2 labour only. You will have to remove the toilet and vanity.
The cost would go up if you are reconfiguring the layout.
On an average for a smaller kitchen replacing the cabinets would cost about $1200 and the flooring would be about $700. When you renovate the kitchen make sure that you do not remove the plumbing elements otherwise you might have to pay more to install the additional pipes which could cost about $1000 on an average.
