Hello,
Just bought a bachelor unit Downtown Toronto. How much would it cost to do the following:
- remove carpet in the living area (approx. 250 sq ft)
- remove ceramic tiles in the corridor and kitchen (approx. 150 sq ft)
- replace all the space by laminate flooring
Thank you!
You are looking around 1000-1500 for labor only.
Hi Laura,
For the labor part, removal and disposal current carpet and ceramic tiles, and installation of laminate, you are looking at $1000-$1500, because we don't know if you are going to install new baseboard and replace other parts as well.
Removal, disposal and installing new laminate floors would be around $3000
Hello,
80 cents to remove carpet and $2.25 to install laminate.
hello.
For laminate installed your 1485.00 at for a 12 mill laminate
And your 750 to remove the old flooring with labour and disposal
May cast up to 2500 if u hafve old trim or Quoter round to be put in
2500-3000 np with new trim and Quoter round or shoe mouldings put inn
I'm currently not from the area that far south but that's my take on this subject
