Cost for small carport attached to house - single car parking?

I am looking to get an idea of cost for a small one car carport or garage attached to a house with a small shed at the back. Both ends can be open or with a door for access in back.
Area is level and debris free. Would need a concrete floor.

Everything will depend on the materials prices and labor expenses. Installation of cement siding and a slate roof might double the cost in comparison with vinyl siding and an asphalt shingles roof. If it is an attached garage and house design will require matching in style, costs of construction will increase as well.
1-car garage is approximately 12 ft. wide and 22 ft. deep. 14 x 22 allows additional space for longer vehicles and 16 x 24 is a large single car garage which will accommodate a longer truck. When considering your 1-car design, go bigger when possible
