I'm looking at building an attached garage 19x32 with 8 ft walls. Front 16ft door, 8ft rear door. Only looking for cost at this time.
Jim gave you a fair estimate. You should provide additional information to have a more accurate figure. What is the ground like (sand, clay, gravel, etc.)? Is the property level or will fill have to be brough in or removed? Is the garage to include wiring, plumbing, interior insulation & drywall? All thwese have a bearing on costs. Start from the base (garage pad) and work up from there. You can find some decent "garage packages" but look carefully as they don't always include what you want. You are doing the right thing now ... research.
Thanks for your reply Jim:
Where the garage is to go is now a asphalt driveway. I would take care of the electrical and siding. Just looking for the basic shell up on a pad with roof done.
