It would all depend on how many rooms, how many fixtures, does the panel need upgrading. How accessible is it to run new wires.

It is hard to give even rough estimate without seeing the project. Your best bet would be to get an electrical company to come out and provide you with proper estimate. Estimates are free with moat companies.

Unfortunately,there's no easy answer to your question. Contact 3 local licensed electrical contractor's & have them provide you with a written estimate for the work that you're wanting done, plus ensure that a certificate of inspection from the ESA will be provided to you upon completion of the job. One last thing, ask for a timeline on tbe job, you want a completion date that is suitable & reasonable to you. Good luck
