I am wondering if all contractors require that all homeowners sign the work order/contract. So, if my husband wants a new roof and has a contractor come out for an estimate and decides to go with it would I have to sign the work order, too? Thanks

Hi Leslie,

That would be a contractor crossing his T's & dotting the I's for sure. But it is ot required.

I believe you are still liable being married, should things go wrong. It would likely be considered implied consent on your part.
