Are you allowed to place a lock on an electrical breaker box in Nova Scotia? Looking to keep my children out of one that is in a bedroom.

Yes, its actually required to put locks on electrical boxes in commercial establishments. That being said for residential it must be on your property and you live there, you cannot restrict access otherwise.
